As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. First off, the linework and shading is incredibly impressive as they sculpt the muscles of his back and arms to such a statuesque degree. The colors were another factor to this as the tones greatly enhance the details of his form and fit so flawlessly before such an intense, pure white light. The icing on the cake to this would be the subtle rays of light flowing past his body and the slight blur on his right arm – it gives the light a very powerful look to it. But the pose also has a powerful look to it, with his head held high and his arms spread as he bears the light before him.
Very, very impressive work.
