Pictured in a modern setting is Gage trimming Luke's headfur. The white tufts of long fur is where Gage has scars, they are healed but the fur there grows white and long.

I can see how he got those scars. =D

Evan: yes but the scars would be where fur doesn't grow?

It grows at the edges around the actual scar:

His icdesc:
Average height and the build of an ex-soldier, Gage is built for the work of a warrior, though he is obviously retired. He bears no markings of any lands. No crests or capes. The wildcat's fur is charcoal in color mostly, save for the fading dark line of fur that runs from his short spikey headfur down to his tail tip. Across his body are various slashes of snowy white fur that grows longer than the darker fur. Those white marks line the edges of old battle scars, each one telling a different tale. Gage wears faded navy blue pants tucked into dusty brown boots. His eye color is a tarnished gold, making him look slightly older than he is. His leather belt shows a worn section at his right hip, revealing him to be a left-handed swords man. Usually the sword is not present except when traveling or outside the southern region.
Awww, is cute. :D

Kay, now I have enough info to do a fanart! ^_^ It's nice that you tell me about your char, it's like reading a well-written novel. |D I have a char that's a fighting necromancer; he has scars all over his body, too, but hides them with magic (see disguise self in the Dungeons & Dragons Player's Handbook ). (Uh, I only use those books for ideas and such) The only scar you can see is the one on the back of his neck, where his foster father forcibly cut his long, elfish hair. No one notices that, because he has a marking on his face in the shape of an isocoles triangle, that never goes away no matter what illusion magic he uses.
Evan: are you mouthing off agin??? XD :glomp: you shouldn't give away all of my secrets, love. X3

"pff..Who's ever heard of a transforming robot"
NO Problem! When you wanna set up a time? I love the versatility of Photoshop because its easier to control than the brush yet has more options in texturing than pencils.
Ehh, hmm. I'm not really sure when. My schedule is fairly flexible but also kind of annoying in that I may not know what I'm doing plans-wise until the day of sometimes. All I can say is that on the 4th of next month I have something planned (or will) but that's about it. Oh, and tommorrow's (wednesday) is already set up too. Thurdays are Vampire nights, just so you know.

So....yeah.
Let's wait until the new year then...hmm?
